At Tweedie Boards, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Custom boards may require additional build and handling time — if applicable, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery window.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide from Pambula Beach NSW / Aireys Inlet & Anglesea, VIC.
Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Regional and remote areas may take longer.
All orders include tracking details sent via email once dispatched.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on select products (excluding oversized surfboards where restrictions apply).
Delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–21 business days.
Orders over $800 AUD qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply in their country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Oversized items (e.g. surfboards, snowboards) may incur additional freight charges. We’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
Orders over $320 AUD (Australia only) qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@tweedieboards.com.au within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the courier. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
