At Tweedie Boards, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or change your order. This policy explains how you can do so for subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders are for products that are out of stock or not yet available. Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout.

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy

  • For try-before-you-buy items, we authorise your payment method before shipping the order.

  • You have a set time to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • If the item is not returned within the specified time, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
