At Tweedie Boards, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or change your order. This policy explains how you can do so for subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items.
Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for products that are out of stock or not yet available. Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorise your payment method before shipping the order.

You have a set time to decide if you want to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the specified time, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
